Who should I contact about payments or refunds?
For a guest reservation, contact the host or provider that collected payment and review your booking terms. For a Local Vacation Homes listing subscription, email our support address with your account details and question.
Can I ask about a larger property portfolio?
Yes. Include your business name, the number of homes you manage, their locations and what you would like help with. We can discuss a custom Property Manager package.
